What is a Holistic Birth Doula?

Holistic is defined as emphasizing the importance of the whole and the interdependence of its parts. As a holistic doula The Matrona trained me to consider childbirth as sacred.  Birth Arts International trained me to know how to help you to cope with labor pains naturally. CAPPA trained me as a postpartum doula . As your doula I am able to help you with positional changes, comfort measures, accupressure, breathing, and other techiniques to help you to focus on birthing your baby and having a peaceful babymoon. I am also proud to announce that I have teamed up with Doulaville to bring you more birth options and education than ever before. 

I currently serve Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Olympia, and surrounding areas in Washington.
